So I know some kittens thought I broke the rules by buying new workout clothes last week, but, let me justify it by saying this: when I started TGAAD, I wasn’t planning to start a new, hardcore fitness plan and lose a bunch of inches. But I did start a hardcore fitness plan thanks to the opportunity from Booty Camp Fitness, and I have lost a bunch of inches! So of the two pairs of workout pants I owned, one was suddenly way too big — like falling-down-my legs-while-running-big — and I knew I couldn’t get by on working out 5-6 times a week with only one pair of pants. So to the mall I went for a small splurge. I bought 1 workout top and 1 pair of workout pants.
In total, I’ve lost 7 inches over the last 4 weeks! That 7 mostly came from my waist (2 inches) and my hips (2 inches), which would explain why I couldn’t keep my pants up any longer. I also had smaller losses on my arms (1/2 inch each) and thighs (1/2 inch each). So in case you thought each blog post raving about Booty Camp was just the endorphins talking, here’s your proof that it’s more than just fun — it also works!
I’m headed to Studio Theatre tonight for Love and Human Remains, then back to Booty Camp tomorrow night to start the final 4-week stretch!

Thanks Cathy! Ate garbage yesterday but I counted it as my "cheat" day and it's back to fruit and veggies today…haha.
